SnapFrames provides downloadable 3D-printable frame designs, configuration tools, and related content (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. License to Use

When you download files from SnapFrames, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own 3D printing. Unless you purchase a Commercial License, you may not sell printed items or redistribute the files.

3. Commercial License

A separate Commercial License allows selling unlimited prints featuring our frames and may include access to premium 3D map models. Terms for that license are detailed on the Commercial License page.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or redistributing source files.
• Removing attributions or trademarks where included.
• Using the Service in any unlawful manner or to infringe others’ rights.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) and subject to their terms. Taxes and fees may apply depending on your location.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, code, and models are owned by Micropolitan or its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 3D printing results vary by printer, materials, and settings. You are responsible for safe, appropriate use of printed parts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
