1. Overview
SnapFrames provides downloadable 3D-printable frame designs, configuration tools, and related content (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. License to Use
Basic and Premium plans are for personal use and gift giving only. When you download or generate files from SnapFrames, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for your own 3D printing. You may print frames for yourself or to give as gifts.
Commercial use (including selling printed frames) requires a separate Commercial license. If you have an active Commercial license, you may sell physical, 3D-printed frames you produce from SnapFrames files while your Commercial license remains active.
All licenses apply to the digital design files and outputs you download or generate from the Service. You may not transfer, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the digital files to any third party.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, transferring, or redistributing any digital files (including posting them publicly or uploading them to third-party platforms).
- Selling or giving away the digital files themselves, even if you have a Commercial license.
- Removing attributions or trademarks where included.
- Using the Service in any unlawful manner or to infringe others' rights.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content, code, and models are owned by Micropolitan or its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 3D printing results vary by printer, materials, and settings. You are responsible for safe, appropriate use of printed parts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
